Re: Spidersong
Then again I am a whore for baseball so I'm pretty big on unrequited love...Bemis has said that the album tells a story...so at the same time I could easily see this as a metaphor for something much bigger than interpersonal relations. Like propaganda and the way it is intended to worm its way into ...

Re: Spidersong
In Native American lore, the spider is a symbol of wisdom. you see, spiders aren't always negative symbols...and love isn't always a good thing. Let me illustrate what spidersong means to me by telling you a story. Our protagonist wanted a girl, but not just any girl. A certain girl who had always s...

Re: Guitars
Wow, thanks man. I'd been playing skinny top heavy bottom Erie Ball...kind of explains the extra twang I was having problems with. I didn't expect such a good answer. ^.^ My main experience is unplugged, so knowing more about the types of dist. used also goes a long way towards showing me how to rep...

Re: Introduce yourselves
My name is Michael. I've only been playing guitar for two years but seem to have a knack for it. The third song I ever learned was Every Man Has a Molly, because I'd gone through a bad breakup and a friend introduced me to the song later that night. I'm 20 and recently left a satellite college of US...
Manhattan
Does anyone have an accurate tab of the Baseball redo of Dreaming of Manhattan? Its slightly different (and better, I believe) than the Junior Varsity version...I just can't find anything but the jv one.

Re: Guitars
I wish it were possible to know the brand or gauge of strings they use. The brand/body style of the guitar accounts for a good deal of the sound quality, but a simple change in the gauge of strings can drastically affect the song.
