I played Braid and it was iffy but then Shadow Complex was awesome so indie side scrollers are 1-1 right now... I tried Comic Jumper but didn't get into it. It seemed to lack depth from the demo where the shadow complex demo blew my mind.

Dragon Age: Origins sucked so much of my life away from me. I played that game three times with no other games in between. I love it so so much. Still have two achievements left on it to get that pesky 1750/1750. My other favorite is the Dead Rising series. The first one had a love/loathe crowd but the second one has fixed basically anything you could complain about. Both fantastic games.

And finally - Viva Pinata! Don't you laugh at me. Don't. It's so good! It's a very mellow game that is STUPID addictive. Like...the Sims mixed with Pokemon. Mixed with Harvest Moon? Yeah, it's hardcore shit.
