I have, my friend always told me it was a hard read...is it? Cause I'm tired of her taunting me with it <.<;
The excitement is building! November 1st!

yeahh house of leaves is very difficult to read, and you need to have a lot of patience. it's an amazing story though, and a lot of people who read it are like super messed up afterwards.

looks like you made it out okay!

Re: Books
I'm about to start reading Rant by Chuck Palahniuk. I'm a pretty big fan of his, so I expect this book to be pretty bangin'. I recently re-read the Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks. Really a fantastic fantasy trilogy if you're a little over the whole 'orcs and elves' thing (though I'm totally not.) I recommend them a lot.

Re: Books
considering there are people who are like suicidal after reading it, yes! i really didn't find it that depressing, but for a lot of people i've met who read it, they it changed their life and sometimes not in a good way. crazy stuff.Scott wrote:looks like you made it out okay!

I'm reading Gantz by Hiroya Oku. Its a Japanese manga. Its pretty good, lots of plot twists to keep you interested in whats gonna happen next. Definitely for mature audiences only though.
I read Naruto too Scott, never got into One Piece though. Wow, talking about manga is embarrassing. haha. With all you intelectual types around .

I can't find a word to speak.
But, if i could, i'd talk so good
that you would be with me.
