For serious? That was a good movie, but I wouldn't say it was my favourite.

Say Anything, the movie, is my favourite movie.
Empire Records
Bring it On 1, 3, 4
Remember the Titans
The Patriot
Jurassic Park 1, 2

And those are only off the top of my head.

Some of my favorites are Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Inception, Rocket Science, Princess Mononoke, and The Proposition. I love Quentin Tarantino movies also. My all time favorite is Terminator 2 Judgment Day because it was like the first "grown up" movie I saw as a kid.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is easily in my Top 3, and it's greatness has nothing to do with Michael Cera.

I tried to think of several ways to join the discussion in this thread, and I couldn't write anything that was long enough to explain why I liked certain films or directors more than others, and I was not satisfied with just a short list with not explanation.

I've heard about all the old school NES nerd type people liking it for the very obscure video game references but just... I can't bring myself to watch another Michael Sera movie after he stole 10 dollars from me for Youth and Revolt.
