but sadly i have no clue what its about.
that "come pollinate me" thing has got me confused.

I always took "come pollinate me" as have sex. Pollination is the reproductive process for flowers between the birds and the bees, which today has a sexual connotation. So he could have just said "hey come impregnate me" but that wouldn't sound as good.

The title makes me believe that it's about the hospital in Texas that Max was in.
The lyrics, on the other hand..

If we look at it from that angle nina, we could assume as he's going crazy in Texas, he's hearing voices of people wanting him to have sex with them, rather than someone actually wanting to.

It's possible.
I mean, it's hard to decipher it - being bipolar I know how mental breakdowns go..it varies from human to human.
But the title REALLY makes me think of that hospital, it makes so much sense in my brain..lol

Yeah maybe we can get some more input from some other people. It definitely sounds like he's going crazy in the song though from the lyrics.

I just like HOW MUCH he hopes to see those people writhe again soon across the room haha. Its almost a challenge.

Also, I don't know anything about playing music, but there's like a minute or two in this song of just instrumentals and him making crazy sounds. And its amazing. And I could dance along to it all day.
