Yea, it repeats the same progression for the whole song, its Em - D - C - B, I'll try to post a lyric/chord layout.

You're ok for the first half of the song though
First off, it's in standard tuning but kinda a bit lower... like 435 Hz I guess
I'd say something more similar to Em D B A
til the part of shit heart on the floor... it's like ?? D ?? A
