Max's new tattoo

In recent videos that Mas has posted on twitter one can notice that he has a new tattoo. On the knuckles/fingers of his right hand are the letters S P S H in order from his pinky to his index. I am very curios as to the significance of this tattoo, if anybody could shed any insight on this it would be greatly appreciated!

it;s his nickname foe sherri. she has his nickmame in his handwriting too. he calls her spesh for special or somethin like that. this is what i read somewhere..i don't remember where though

Cool, good call. Does Sherri have it tattooed as well? If so any possibility you could provide a link for a picture of that?
