I got a reply from Jeff that said that Max said the CD tracklist is supposed to come up in iTunes and he doesn't know why is isn't for some people.
Self-inflicted or not, I find myself on the farthest star, foreign to everything like I woke up with a German tongue.

I broke down and listened to Do the Dhonk on youtube. I'm going to try to avoid listening to the others until I get my copy but I'm sooooo tempted.
